
Domestic Shipping and Delivery Policy:
At Lae & Jules, we provide fast and reliable shipping within Norway. Domestic orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via Bring. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but our goal is to deliver your order within 3-5 business days, excluding a processing time of 2-5 business days.
For preordered items, please note that these will be shipped 4 weeks after purchase. Once shipped, they will follow the same delivery timeline as regular orders, aiming for delivery within 3-5 business days. Any delays will be communicated, but please be aware that the total time for delivery of preordered items may extend up to a month.
Shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout. However, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders with our trusted partner Bring.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery details.

International Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Lae & Jules ships worldwide. International orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped via UPS, DHL, and Bring (for Scandinavian countries). As with domestic orders, international shipping times vary based on location and package choice, but our goal is to deliver within 3-7 business days, excluding the processing time of 2-5 business days.
For preordered international items, these will also be shipped 4 weeks after purchase, and once shipped, they will follow the standard delivery timeframe for international orders.
Shipping fees apply to all international orders and are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
