Lae & Jules bags require minimal maintenance. To keep your bag in excellent condition, avoid contact with water and clean any spills immediately, allowing the leather to air dry naturally.
Dust or surface dirt can be gently removed using a soft, slightly damp cloth, followed by drying with a clean cloth. To maintain the leather’s suppleness and finish, apply a small amount of quality leather conditioner once or twice a year to a clean bag. Allow it to absorb for about 30 minutes, then gently wipe the surface with a dry cloth before storing.
When not in use, gently clean any dust or dirt from the surface of your bag. To help maintain its shape, fill the bag with tissue paper, parchment paper, or similar soft material, and store it in its original dust bag. For best preservation, keep your bag in a cool, dry, and shaded place. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat, or moisture, as these conditions may cause the leather to discolour, crack, or develop mould over time.
