Le Voyage begins with a circle — a shape that offers no obvious starting point and no obvious end. From that simplicity comes something more considered: a sunburst ridge pattern that radiates from the crown of the bag outward, sculpted directly into the calfskin surface. It is the most distinctive detail in the Lae & Jules collection. It appears on this bag only.
The silhouette is round and structured, with a flat base that allows the bag to stand on any surface without losing its shape. The zip runs along the top, secured with a gold-tone pull. Inside, one main compartment and an inner pocket — enough for what matters, nothing excess.
Two ways to carry it. The top handle for occasions that call for intention. The removable crossbody strap for everything else. Both in Italian calfskin, both finished with the same gold-tone hardware.
The Midnight Blue colourway is deep and quiet — neither navy nor black, but something in between. It works against everything and announces nothing loudly. That restraint is the point.

Our bags are crafted from high-quality calfskin leather, chosen for its durability, refined texture, and naturally tight grain. This leather develops character over time and will age beautifully with proper care.
To preserve the quality of your bag, avoid contact with water and clean any spills immediately using a soft, slightly damp cloth, then allow the leather to air dry naturally. Harsh cleaning products, particularly those containing alcohol, should not be used as they may dry out or discolour the leather. Avoid overfilling your bag to help maintain its original shape and silhouette.
Light scratches may be treated with a small amount of leather oil, gently applied in a circular motion. Allow the leather to dry completely before applying a leather conditioner. To maintain the leather’s natural finish, conditioning the bag once or twice a year is recommended.
When not in use, store your bag in its original dust bag, filled with tissue paper or similar material to help maintain its shape. For best preservation, keep it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity, which may affect the colour and condition of the leather.
