Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy

At Lae & Jules, customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns

Items must meet the following requirements to be eligible for return:

– The item must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

– Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).

– Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

– Lae & Jules reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

– Check your bank account again.

– Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take some time to be officially posted.

– Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us at info@laexjules.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@laexjules.com and include photos of the issue.

We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping in such cases. A replacement or refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

Gift Cards and Sale Items

Items purchased using gift cards are not eligible for cash refunds. If such items are returned and the return is approved, a new gift card of equal value will be issued via email. If an additional payment was made beyond the gift card amount, that portion will be refunded to the original payment method.

Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Policy Updates

This Returns & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Norway and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
