Returns and Refunds
At Lae & Jules, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for all products, subject to the following conditions:
– The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all tags and packaging intact.
– You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
– We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@laexjules.com and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and process your refund once the item is received and inspected.
Note that refunds may take up to 3-7 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer service team immediately at info@laexjules.com and provide photos of the damage or defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping in this case.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us at info@laexjules.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
